OUR FLEXIBLE BEAUTY PARLOUR POLICY
A deposit is due at the time of booking your appointment, your artist will let you know how much depending on the service(s) you choose. This ensures your spot is locked in for that day and time.
Please arrive on time, in comfortable clothing, well fed, hydrated and have followed all the prep instructions for your procedure. Bring a blanket for comfort if you get cold easily and your earbuds (eyebrow procedures only) to listen to for the ultimate relaxation. During your eyebrow procedure talking is kept to a minimum to maximize your results and to ensure you receive the best brows possible.
You MUST fill out all required paperwork honestly and to the best of your ability. This is not only required by The Brow and Body Company but, also by the state of California and the Environmental Health Department.
Please bring proper identification with you, not only is this state law but, it ensured you are who you say you are and is documented by your artist on your paperwork.
Payment plans are optional to make the payment experience on you. We understand difficult times and hardships however, there are no refunds on a payment that has already been made. Each payment will always go towards your service and cannot be transferred to another service.
Refunds are not given on any service.
If you're going to cancel, please have the courtesy of giving your artist 48 hours notice. If you cancel the day before or the day of your appointment your card on file will be charged for the full service amount. No exceptions.
